He joined the navy when he was young, played amateur rugby, went into the hospitality industry and has managed many hotels worldwide.In his own words, Steve is struggling with the hardest time of his life right now. Steve believes his mental health has plummeted since covid. Steve reflects and wonders about how mental health issues may always have been present, but what he’s dealing with now is having a serious effect on his daily life. It’s true bravery to speak so openly when going through this. The environment he creates at Weetwood Hall Hotel is a testament to the man, despite his daily struggles. Steve has brought together a tribe of people at Weetwood who care about wellbeing, mental, and physical health. This includes Driven Athlete and Mantality.
