#038 Cultivating Resilience During A Pandemic (with Dr Allan Johnston)
We are joined by top sports psychiatrist Dr Allan Johnston who is employed by the English Institute of Sport (EIS) supporting our Great Britain Olympic and Paralympic Athletes in preparation for the Tokyo Olympic Games. Allan also works as a consultant performance psychiatrist for the LMA, supporting the mental health and well being of premier league and football league managers. We find ourselves in extremely uncertain and unprecedented times with the Covid-19 Pandemic.
